I know I've mentioned it before but I really am a sucker for almost immortal, tortured souls in long coats...Angel, Spike, the Doctor, Jack, Larten Crepsley...

and Balthazar Blake.



I love Dave since he's Jay Baruchel, but there's something about Balthazar that's all cute and vulnerable and tormented in out of date clothing...dammit, Nicholas Cage is starting to get me to like him.

Yeah, I admit that the first time I saw the trailer for The Sorcerer's Apprentice, it was like, Yay, Jay Baruchel!! Oh...it has Nicholas Cage...so for the longest time, I totally wasn't going to see it.

However, I did like him in Kickass so maybe this film wouldn't be so bad and I LOVED it...I even liked him...honest, he comes off different than usual.
