August 19th is a memorable day for a couple of reasons.
1. My mom this morning: According to NPR, Ianto shares his birthday with Bill Clinton.
Yes, I have taught my mom the birthday of a fictional character and an awesome one at that.
2. It has been exactly three months since I was told that my Whataburger was closing. Since August 2001, I have never been without a job for more than four months so I need to work harder on that. Actually, I had a lot of plans at the beginning of summer.

Two Torchwood stories - need to be finished.
At least, I did do a lot of other things, I've traveled more than I have since college. I changed from white bread to wheat and replaced most of my yogurt with organic Greek yogurt. I got a new phone and have been slowly learning to take more pictures. I helped with a small film, but it still feels like I've been incredibly lazy this summer, like I should have done more.
I'm very tempted to blame Rusty, but you can blame everything on Rusty.
