I like the line you added to Phil's scene. It really makes the whole thing come together.

I like the parallel between Tony and Bucky that he draws. Part of me wonders if this will make him latch on to Tony even with the spell broken.

I get that he was struggling with it and that his own admission was what broke the spell. You conveyed that well. I was just puzzled why he blurted it out to everybody. I can get having a mental revelation, but it seems like a large jump from just sleeping with another guy within the hour to saying you want to marry someone, even if it is your heart's desire. *shrug* Maybe that's jsut me though.
