Since I was less than six months old when ROTJ came out, most of my figures were from my brothers and aside from the speeder bike, they seemed to stop collecting once ROTJ came out. I also loved the Endor Leia but my main collecting, after the mid-80s "Ooh, Max Rebo Band!" clearance galore stage, was 1997-2001, and they had some awful Leias at that point. I bought the Hoth Han Solo because my brothers never got one...he was either sold out or they had no money when he wasn't. Anyway, I don't know if you remember this figure, but he had like Chris Evans proportions: extremely muscular arms with a very tiny waist. It was like that for that entire line so I generally stuck with Ewoks and things until Episode 1 figures got released.

Plushies would be a bit more with me. I love the action figures but now, it's a bit weird because I want to open them and play with them, but...you're not supposed to? It's not so much a collector thing, but a maturity thing. So lately, my figures tend to be Funko and/or Marvel related.

Ouch...my mom's carpet was and is shag carpet with green, brown and black. My mom ended up devising a system where she would save the leftover unused portions of Transformers/GI Joe sticker sheets...they were best because it was metallic...and she would put the stickers on the guns and things so they wouldn't be all black against an all black portion of carpet.
