Top Five Scariest Moments on Television
With the coming Doctor Who season, it got me to thinking...what have been the top five scariest moments on television? I'm not counting the real horrors, like war, 9/11, Katrina, etc.
#5. It November 18, 1990
Because when you think wholesome family entertainment, It naturally comes to mind, right? I mean, it's got the guys from Night Court and Three's Company so it can't be that bad...oh, by the way, it's about a clown who kills small children.
I was seven and constantly closing my eyes until my mom and brothers got annoyed, saying, "It's only the music, NOTHING is happening! You're going to miss everything."
I was also annoyed once the characters grew up because I really liked the child actors. Years later, I would find out those child actors included my future Buffy crush, ( Seth Green )
#4. Freddy's Nightmares October 8, 1988 – March 12, 1990
That's right, I was even younger and even though I had never seen any of the actual Freddy Krueger movies, I knew how it worked. I was convinced he was going to kill me in my ( bed )

This is THE episode that all other "scary" episodes have to be compared with and generally...there really is no comparison. The Gentleman are seriously freaking ( scary )
