Stephen Sondheim's Company with the New York Philharmonic

Oh, it was so GOOD! I mean, it's freaking Sondheim so duh...but still...

It's 18 dollars instead of the usual movie price but a lot cheaper than Broadway. Plus, even with front row seats, you can't see how exquisitely blue Neil Patrick Harris' eyes really are.

It was just...WOW. Plus, she's not in the ads, grr, but Anika Noni Rose is in it.

Also, Stephen Colbert singing and dancing...

Lord of the Rings

Last year, I had an Aragorn icon in my collection...I miss it, but then again, I replaced him with Lotso, lol.

Anyway, Tuesday night, I missed one of the greatest films ever made on the big screen.

Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring

However, on Tuesday, June 21, they will show Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers and on June 28th, Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King. Also on June 28th...

LOTR on BluRay!!!!

Ugh, I wish I could buy it, not from the standpoint of it's BluRay so it'll be that much more fucking awesome, but because my discs are in terrible shape...literally, they glitch in parts and my mom flat-out described FOTR: EE Disc 2 as "terrible" today. I also can't seem to find TTT: EE disc 1, but dammit, they're 84 dollars! I can't afford that.

They'll have to go down in price eventually though...
