Last year, I had an Aragorn icon in my collection...I miss it, but then again, I replaced him with Lotso, lol.

Anyway, Tuesday night, I missed one of the greatest films ever made on the big screen.

LOTR on BluRay!!!!

Ugh, I wish I could buy it, not from the standpoint of it's BluRay so it'll be that much more fucking awesome, but because my discs are in terrible shape...literally, they glitch in parts and my mom flat-out described FOTR: EE Disc 2 as "terrible" today. I also can't seem to find TTT: EE disc 1, but dammit, they're 84 dollars! I can't afford that.

They'll have to go down in price eventually though...

I need to replace my theatrical edition of Fellowship; I've cracked the disc at the center hole. Not badly, but there's a chance that, spun in the DVD player, that it could shatter.

I was lucky enough to find the TTT: EE Special Edition with both versions for just ten bucks at FYE's clearance section...I've also seen copies at TJ Maxx, Marshalls, etc...

Remember when dvds first came out and they claimed they would last FOREVER?
