Kate Bishop Cosplay

If I were to get a black wig, purple headband and toy bow & arrow, would this be recognizable as a Kate Bishop costume?





Or do I need to buy the We Love Hawkeye shirt?

I'm open to other ideas that don't involve making the catsuit because if I'm spending $35 just on the convention ticket, I'm spending as less as possible on the costume portion.

Cosplay Ideas

On a related note to the other post:

Does anyone have an idea for a low budget costume for my coworker? She's never Cosplayed before and is going to her first convention in August. Her budget is $65 or less.

She loves anime and video games and has been bugging me to be Link with her as Zelda but I think that would exceed both our budgets.

Also, I really, really want to be Kate but I guess I've waited almost three years to be Kate, I could wait for 2016.
