Day 5 - Who is your least favorite character?

Well, I tend to like all of them even the ones most people complain about. Even the villains are fun to watch...

BUT there is one character I wish I could kidnap in DMC and return at the end of AWE:



Yeah, Bootstrap...I try to be understanding, I try to think how he was very, very sick and not in his right mind, but dammit, HE KILLED JAMES!

The guy was a menace even before that when he had all his mind: to send to his young son an object which Barbossa would do anything to get back? And everybody says he's a good man? Honestly.

I agree with this so much. The only other one who I would put here, would be Callisto... and only because her accent irritates me.

Bootstrap is the worst! He did Will no favor by sending him that cursed coin, as he did it for bad reasons (to get revenge on Barbossa and that sort of thing brings bad karma).... He never meant it as a gift to his son as if he LIKED his son (as a normal father would - he never cared for Will at all) .... no, he did it for REVENGE so Barbossa and the others would remain cursed forever. That alone is a horrible thing to do.

Plus he abandoned his wife and young son to go pirating....

He was a pirate.....that means he must have hurt and robbed many innocent people. Maybe he killed many too....

And on top of that he killed James yet....
