Yep, still sad about it and it sounds horrible to admit, but it takes away from the fun of tomorrow. I really wish they would do a show like they did with the Muppets when Jim Henson died and we got to see them all be sad and process their grief. I was seven at the time and it really helped to see other people being sad about it, too.

I've been dragging my feet on ordering season three but maybe I should download it in the meantime.

This made me sad when I read about her death on the 19th. Sarah Jane was the first companion that I remember from when I first stumbled on Dr Who in the 1970s on our PBS station. She was always my favorite. I don't think any mention will be made in a forthcoming Dr Who about the passing of Sarah Jane. None of the earlier companions have been mentioned as to their fate after they left the series, except for Sarah Jane and Rose. RIP Elisabeth Sladen. Thanks for the memories.

There'll be an insert or something tomorrow night during the commercials, but yeah, I realize the shows for this season are basically set.

However, they also filmed most of the fifth season for The Sarah Jane Adventures and as you pointed out, Sarah Jane isn't your ordinary companion...that means they would have to redo those scripts anyway, if they plan to go ahead and I hope they do since it would be so much more fitting than an insert or a Dedication like they did with Verity.
