Google+

So, for one of my jobs I got invited to Google+ but I've heard that they own anything you say on Google+. This would be extremely bad for a writer/editor, of course.

Does anyone have their legalese or know for certain?

I've been wondering about that as well. Everybody said that Google+ was better in terms of copyright protection. This is the best article about the situation that I could find, hope this helps. It's a lawyers pov, so I guess it's pretty reliable in terms of legalese.

Thanks so much for posting that, I suppose it seems okay but I would have to be extremely careful about what I post.

I've decided to stay away from them for now. They've evidently decided to take on FB's habit of closing accounts that use any sort of nickname or alias - and worse than that, they've actually locked people out of their gmail and docs accounts.
