Hmm, the pattern predates all this, back to Han Solo, Heathcliff and Darcy

Dmitri would be my first guy which led me to rethinking what I liked about Wolverine and Thor. I'd lump Brock with Trent. I would later also enjoy Shrek in human form, Megamind and Naveen, sometimes Tarzan.

I'll admit, I don't know half of them. And...*sigh* my nephew is Prince Eric at Disneyland, so that knocks him out of any sort of contention for anything because, EW.

I noticed on your journal, you said your nephew was in Japan so is he Eric over there? Or has he moved back to the states?

Yes, that's him. :) He just moved to Japan a few weeks ago and will be Prince Eric and some other characters over there for a year. He's so excited!

Does he like writing? I also help run a Disney news site and I think it'd be really interesting to have an article or two about what it's like to be an American in Japan and working for Disney like that.

Our articles are as long or short as the writer feels is okay. We're very loose. It would just be really interesting to hear how he was hired, what challenges he finds, what's it like work for Disney in Japan...nothing that would get him in trouble but stuff that those who might never get to Tokyo would love to hear about. I've read some accounts of costumed characters in Orlando or Anaheim and they're always fascinating.

Even if he's not interested, thank you so much for indulging me.
