Star Trek Villain
Feb. 5th, 2013 10:10 pmSo, I'm watching the trailer for Star Trek into Darkness and...

Dear JJ Abrams,
Did you just put the villain into basically a glass cage? Because that worked out so well with Magneto, Loki and Silva?

Oh...you ARE going for Loki then? Never mind...
Two things though...
1. And you thought Benedict Cumberbatch was impossible to ignore online before...
2. Does this prove to be another good sign about Tom Hiddleston's odds for being in one of the new Star Wars films?
Although I really want him as a good guy, preferably a Jedi...

Hawkeye and Loki
Feb. 5th, 2013 10:43 pmHas anyone else read Hawkeye #7?
( Spoilers )
It was awesome that they did address Sandy and how even superheroes can feel a bit helpless sometimes. It really grounds them into reality. I haven't loved a comic series this hard since Marvel was making Muppet Babies.
This series doesn't have a lot of backstory either so you should definitely try it. I told my mom about how some people online were reading fanfiction for it without reading the original comics and she said, "That's like watching a spin-off without ever seeing the original series."
You can get caught up next month when they release the first six issues in a graphic novel:

Okay, Loki fans, if you haven't read the first graphic novel of Journey into Mystery, it has stuff for the first Thor movie, including full page character posters of Thor, Loki and Odin.
