Okay, triggery or not, it was so good I had to read on... and wow, you are just giving poor Alice an ever harder time! On the one hand, I can understand her husband being upset- no one wants to be lied to by the person they love and trust most. But on the other, she just doesn't seem to catch a break, does she?
I hope for Jack that they end up talking again... but I can understand if she's upset at him- he may have just torn apart her world again. Oh Jack... Now maybe this can be the time he steps in and gives her life back?
