My nephews got this a few weeks back. I know I was excited to get to play it and it has some good things about it. The graphics are pretty and I liked the rainbow feature. There's also a dragon.

Yes, Lotso has his own land and I loved his place. There are waterfalls and trees and faeries that throw strawberries at you. He also talks. However, most of the time, he wanted me to do a mission. "Only you can do this, sheriff" or something like that which I liked because I was Jessie. Jessie for Sheriff!

Unfortunately, the missions have to do with customizations and since I was second player, I wasn't able to do any of it. I could shoot things (rainbow weapon was very cool) and jump and travel, but it was annoying just having to watch him repaint buildings purple and making Little People. The Little People does include many Pixar characters, like Sully, Wall-E, etc.

Now, this was the X-Box one so no Zurg. It also meant that if you wanted to shoot at your fellow players, you end up with Buzz shooting at Woody, Woody shooting at Jessie, etc.
It was a little disturbing. You can also hit Lotso who responds with, "I'm going to have nightmares about you later."

When I saw "Toybox Mode" on the commercials, I was imagining something more like Lego unlocked when you can play as anyone in any level. This was disappointing compared to that. I was actually bored after forty minutes or so. This week, my nephew didn't even mention it.

Basically, I want a Lego Pixar game!!! Think about it, every film they've ever made represented in two-five levels each and you'd be able to play as everyone: Wall-E in Paris, Sully in the wild west, Lightning trying to sneak around in Monstropolis...

It'd be freaking awesome. PLEASE MAKE THIS GAME NOW!
While we make do with this one.

I love this idea! Lego games are totally FTW! And Pixar Lego adventures would be amazing. A-May-Zing.

My nephew aren't that into Harry Potter...I know, I've tried so hard in this regard!

So I assumed they wouldn't be getting Lego Harry Potter. However, last time we talked, the oldest was like, I'm thinking of getting Harry Potter for Lego.

(trying to summon any latent Jedi abilities) You WILL buy Leg Harry Potter> You WILL have your aunt play it a lot.

We'll see if it works or he'll get distracted by Sonic or whatever.

I only played the Nintendo Wii version of the game, which unfortunately lacked a lot of the content the other versions have. The customization aspect was almost nonexistent, and the characters speak to you a lot less. :(

But Lotso's enchanted glen area was my favorite too. I don't know where the heck the dragon came from, but she was pretty cool. For some reason I like to call her Marshmallow. And the pixies that shoot strawberry missiles at you were strangely awesome too.

Wow, what Lotso says when you hit him makes me very sad. I didn't try hitting him myself when I played the game because I just couldn't bring myself to do it.

A lego Pixar game would be supremely awesome. I would play the heck out of something like that if they ever made it. :D
