The Coliseum at St. Petersburg

ericadawn16I recently went to an art show at the Coliseum in St. Petersburg with my mom. The art was pretty good although we didn't end up with anything. However, what made it really worth it for me was the Coliseum itself. I'd never been there before and it's awesome. It was built in 1924 as an oak floor ballroom.
It's so beautiful that I wish I could have seen it in its heyday. It almost looked like there had been an indoor balcony that ran the circumference before ductwork was needed for the air conditioner and things.
Even the bathroom was pretty with plenty of mirrors as well as space and a large room just for the stalls...
