Basically, just pick any fandom of yours, and answer the questions according to your opinion below.

Dr Who/Torchwood

Best Story: The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances but I really love the Utopia trilogy, too.
Worst and Most Ridiculous Story: That Manhatten thing with the pig people and Daleks and Ood or did I just imagine that?
Most Improved Character: Jack Harkness, but Mickey would be a close second.
Most Ruined Character: Do I have to choose one? Do Daleks as a whole count?
Smartest Character: The Doctor
Dumbest Character: Hmm, almost everyone who works for Torchwood, the farting aliens and anyone who thinks they can outsmart the Doctor except for the Master because he's cool.
Best Couple: Why do these questions have to be so hard? Can I have a threesome, is that allowed? The Doctor/Rose/Jack
Worst and Most Boring Couple: Owen/Gwen or Rhys/Gwen, maybe anyone with Gwen.
Best Friend: The Doctor/Rose
Worst Friend: The Doctor/Master because friends do not age friends 900 years and put them in cages. It just isn't nice.
Good Idea, Bad Execution: We'll do an episode in real time where he has to save the day! Except you won't care by the end whether he does or not...
Bad Idea, Good Execution: Cat people run a mysterious hospital, but there's also Cassandra and the Face of Boe!
Best New Character: Can't decide between Martha and Donna so I'm going to cheat and say Captain John...ooh, Captain John... (drools)
Worst New Character: Possibly Astrid? I still haven't seen it yet.
Biggest Waste of Talent: I can't really think of one...
Best Use of Talent: David Tennant
Most Overused Plot Device: Aliens invading Britain...don't they ever invade someplace else? Other than the Toclafane?
Most Predictable Plot Twist: Something happening to Rose.
Least Predictable Plot Twist: Jack can't die.
Best shocker: "Face of Boe, they called me."
Worst Shocker: Ianto was stupid enough to keep his half-robot girlfriend in Torchwood's basement!
Best Villain: The Master
Worst Villain: Two Words...farting aliens.
Best Death: Nine's regeneration Cassandra would be a close second.
Worst Death: Anyone killed by the Toclafane. (shudders)

I'm tagging everyone. Take it if you want. :)

heh, fun meme! some of your answers crack me up.

Why all the Gwen hate? (I feel like I'm in a minority of people who don't actually mind her. She needs to get it on with Jack, LOL)

Worst Shocker: Ianto was stupid enough to keep his half-robot girlfriend in Torchwood's basement!
*snort* Ianto wins at lameness! Because he cries all the time :P

Best Use of Talent: David Tennant
Oh, you know I agree!

Well, I did like Gwen at first. She was new, like the viewer, and became our sort of liaison between normal and Torchwood.

But then...

She hooked up with Owen while living with Rhys...Rhys being almost the equivalent of a doormat where I wondered why the two of them are together until the very last episode where he died and she pushed Owen away which I did like.

I really disliked Owen as well because he was often an idiot and annoying and...I'm sure there were other reasons. Obviously, he wasn't that broken-hearted over breaking things off with Gwen since he slept with aviator lady.

Anyway, then there was the crush on Jack which I was okay with generally...unlike Elizabeth Swann, there seems to be a genuine reason why everyone is in love with Captain Jack Harkness.

However, she acted almost proprietary over Jack, like when he died, which was like, He's not your Jack. He's everyone's Jack...well, technically, the man with the most right to be upset would be Ianto yet he wasn't. Maybe Jack's been giving him lessons on being discrete and not crying all the time...season two can't come fast enough.

To me, the kiss seemed like she was taking advantage of him which I shouldn't mind since Jack definitely wouldn't mind, but I did mind. If Gwen and Jack are meant to kiss, I want it under conditions where both parties are conscious.

She's very selfish, but I hope season two will bring more character development that improves the characters. I did enjoy the shot of Owen shooting from the car so maybe I can learn to like Gwen and Owen's characters.

I did learn to like Ianto over the course of the season. He was a freaking idiot at first, but I loved when he stood up to Owen about not opening the rift even though it meant losing Jack because that's what Jack would have wanted.

I think I like all the Torchwood characters, just some more than others, and they pretty much all make me laugh. Jack still pwns everyone though. I quite like Gwen, but think I'm in a minority, heh.
