On Monday, we saw Nowhere Boy. It was so good although mom had a problem with Thomas Sangster as Paul. I thought he did fine but it would be a hard person to live up to...

Anyway, Paul and John are a fairly large part of the film which is really nice and got me to thinking about what really happened so here's Paul's account, including playing guitar upside-down! Damn, if I wasn't impressed before...

It'll probably be out on dvd soon...I'm pretty sure UK has it on dvd. It came out there like a year ago. I just about gave up on seeing it in the theater before it finally came here.

The only thing is that my mom and I share our favorite Beatle...Ringo...and it leaves off before they meet. :(

It does have George though and the cast is so good...it's amazing what John and Paul went through. I read a book on the Beatles last year but it's different to actually see it.

Yeah, I'll get it on Netflix or something.

I love Ringo too (I was a drummer in hs), but Paul's my boy. Actually, i love all of them.

I don't actually know that much about their history. It'll be cool to learn it.
