Do a 30-day Challenge. Challenge yourself, and see if you can rise to the occasion. Do it with a group or your significant other. Put in rewards. Tell everyone you’re doing it. Motivate the hell out of yourself.

Ok, so I joined
adipose_inc and they have a challenge up of adding at least one change to your life to make it more active for 21 days...that's nine whole days less than Leo's challenge.
Since the luau and luau part two the weekend before last made me realize how out of shape I am, I'm incorporating more daily dancing. I do ten minutes of freestyle dancing to electronica, then the Cha Cha Slide and the Skanky Leg. My legs hurt for like a week after those two luaus.
