Screencapping

Does anyone know a good screencapping program? A free one?

I don't mean I want to do them one at a time. I've tried that, it takes forever and I wasn't entirely happy with the results. I want where you play the clip or give it the clip and it makes all the screencaps for you.

VLC Player will do it, but it's a bit tricky to set up. You'll have to test different numbers to get the output that you want.

I don't know if there are any better programs out there. I'd like to know if there is. :)
