I don't usually have a problem, but there are times especially when I have a customer at the window who needs to pay, a customer behind him whose drinks I need to make and the person ordering can't make up their mind and keeps asking me asinine questions, "I don't see your 99 cent menu, where is it?"
Maybe you can't see it because we don't freaking have one!

But no matter what job I get, stupid, irritating people are universal so here's some tips I found:

1. Count to 10.
2. Deep breaths.
4. Tally marks.
5. Pretend someone’s watching
6. What would mom do?
7. How does this help?
8. Take a break
9. Teach
10. Visualize
11. Just laugh.
Bonus tip: just love.

Yes, it is specifically for parents, but I've found myself...I'm not proud of it...treating some people like children. I have even called to a few like a dog when they were too stubborn to come over. I didn't mean to...that's just how it came out.

Still, self improvement is good.
