Mad and Cracked Magazines
May. 15th, 2011 10:19 amSo, we have an extensive collection of Mad and Cracked magazines from the 1980s in good and fair condition. We no longer read them so we want them to go to a good home where the person will read them because they still have life in them.
However, we're not sure how to go about that. We're worried a thrift store will just throw them away for being 30 years old. The library tends to bundle magazines so we're worried about them throwing them away, too.
I suggested FreeCycle but she wasn't sure she wanted to go through that again with having to arrange a meeting and such. I don't do Ebay.
Does anyone have any ideas or know someplace in the Tampa Bay area?

You could take them to a local auction house and see what you get. Even with the auctioneers commission, you'd still probably clear at least $100 if they are in good condition.
If I wasn't in the middle of devesting my stuff, I'd take them off your hands. Especially, the Cracked.
