So, I finally finished "The Sensorites" episodes! I might only be on the first Doctor but I'm going to finish all of them, really.

Ian: Gee, I think there's something huge and dangerous ahead.

Doctor: Luckily, I have this map, I'll just roll it up and it should protect us against anything. You can just thwack it death.

Really? They honestly thought that was a good weapon and then seemed so surprised when it didn't work too well...

*facepalm*

However, I loved when Susan was talking to one of the aliens about home. She said it had been ages and the alien said she had a wanderlust...
Hmm, doesn't that sound just like...her grandfather?
Whenever people theorize about her, it's usually that he was forced to become her guardian or it's some sort of rite of passage. I don't think anyone's ever voiced the idea that she just took after her grandfather that much that she wanted to see the stars...and probably insisted that he take her. He was probably reluctant but recognized himself in her like he would with Jenny later.

Gosh, I wish there was fic with the Doctor and Susan.

Ian: I don't think you even know what you're doing.

Doctor: How dare you speak to me like that! Of course, I know everything! I'm going to kick you off at the next place because I'm sure it will be a paradise or something livable, no questions.

Next Episode:
"A Land of Fear"

My favorite theory about Susan came from a fanfic I read which theorized that she's actually the Doctor's granddaughter through some offspring that he hasn't had yet, and eventually she finds him as the First Doctor and just basically says "I'm your granddaughter, I want to travel with you" and he's totally confused, but he figures, why not?

Interesting, we don't know exactly who her parents are/were and in the unaired pilot, they claimed she was born in the 49th century.

However, she has been to Gallifrey but then again, everyone did back then although I guess that undoes the 49th century because wouldn't the Time War be a locked event? Unless a locked event could then change the future, but what if that means that Susan is never born now?

But if she was somehow able to be born AFTER the Time War but appear back then, maybe she could have survived? Like River was a Time baby and would have lived, when she was with her parents growing up, at the same time that all the Gallifreyans were wiped out by the Time War but she survived...so maybe changing into a human like the Master did was unnecessary?

*fingers crossed because she would love for Susan to come back*
