Hmm, I took the indication that she had read it. But she is either telling the truth about the parentage or lying about it. She hid the letter because... well, it wouldn't look good to the prince that she had to check the paternity in the first place?

Of course, your theory is possible as well. She may have just not opened it. Hard to say for sure.

She definitely couldn't let Louis see it but then, why keep it at all if she had read it? Why not burn it? Or shred it?

Because we know that Louis has to find it later and drama ensues? LOL. I strongly dislike the Blair/pregnancy storyline anyway.
