Jane and Susan
Obviously, they didn't start off on the right foot. Steve was still technically with Jane while trying to get with Susan...VERY with Jane...
Jane isn't the most likable person and she's basically the opposite of all Susan holds dear. Susan likes organization and Jane thinks labeling medication "takes all the fun out of it". However, it all culminates in this scene from season four. Sorry about he audio problems...
