Deathly Hallows chain of Events (No Spoilers)

10:30 PM Arrive at Barnes and Noble after parking four blocks away and is told to wait in line...outside!!!...despite Pre-Ordering!

11:20 Finally gets Gold Wristband.

11:30 PM Can finally see front of store.

12:01 AM Celebrated with mild enthusiasm since we all wanted to kill Barnes & Noble...because we were STILL outside!

12:10 AM Finally get inside and are told to go to Children's section...where no one is there.

12:12 AM Employee finally arrives so we can get in line by NUMBER. This is a process that takes like ten minutes by itself.

12:45 AM Informed that we are now in "The Main Line!" Hooray! Shouldn't us Pre-Orders have always been in the main line?

1:00 AM Finally gets book and none of the promised activities or prizes. The email LIED.

6:07 AM-9:59 AM After finally finding out what the Deathly Hallows are at page 450, I take a nap.

2:20 PM-2:50 PM Reached page 661 and had to put book in freezer so I watched an episode of Coupling on Amanda's strong suggestion.

3:50 PM Read Harry's fantastic speech in that next to last chapter.

4:10 PM Finished book with an overall feeling of accomplishment that it turned out well and was a good book.

Wow... sounds awesome! I do that a lot actually... wait in line for someone no one else wants though... I was the one who went and bought all her LOTR films at midnight just to have it sooner. No one was really there though, but I still had to wait until midnight... bastards.

The only dvd I got at midnight was Dead Man's Chest.
