I don't know if all of you recall this commercial from earlier this year?

Well, they have a sequel! It's not Tom Hiddleston again but Nicholas Hoult isn't too bad himself and I'm hoping the series continues into the next Super Bowl at least...

Come on, if Taster's Choice can have the same people for four or five years, why can't you?

Nicholas Hoult reminds me of James Marsden. :)

I love that they're continuing the series, but I was mad that Jaguar totally trolled the Hiddleston fandom with all their tweets about how they were going to show where Tom was headed...and then no Tom. Because that's exactly how they were promoting it--that it was going to be another appearance specifically by Tom, not just another installment of the series. And I don't like Nicholas Hoult, so I could care less about his inclusion. I want to see more of the original three villains. Or a better new addition to the group, like Ralph Fiennes.

After initial period of being pissed, I found it totally hilarious how they trolled us. It also shows how much power some of the corporations feel we wield, hehe.

I do like Nicholas Hoult and have been a fan ever since About a Boy...although Skins was awkward at first, hehe.

It looked like the same house though, that everyone was trying to break into for the Super Bowl ad? I was trying to figure out how everything fit together.

I suppose the point of the ads is to play on the audience's expectations for the actors themselves and not just the British thing so Fiennes would make sense but I've liked how he's tried to stay away from villain roles lately. He was quite glorious in The Grand Budapest Hotel and I find myself thinking of him as a Bond actor despite only one film.

Yeah I think it's definitely the same house, so I can see that they're trying to make it into a connected storyline. And I'm fine with that--it would be neat if they kept the story in the ads going for a while. I just didn't like the blatant "Tune in to see Tom!" angle they were going for, instead of just "Tune in to see how the story continues!"

Ralph is great in everything, no doubt about it. I loved him in The Grand Budapest Hotel too. And yes, he's been doing less villain roles of late, but it'd be so awesome to see him with Tom, in any sort of role. (I'm still mad there were never any pictures of them two of them meeting at the Toronto Film Fest last year. And I'm convinced Ralph was giving Tom tips on how best to play Coriolanus. ;))
