A little about you: 32, I am a writer and editor but it's a retail job that currently pays the bills. It'd be nice if that changed but I'm not holding my breath. My current retirement plan is to work for Disney.
YOUR 2014:
Favorite TV shows: Arrow, Agents of SHIELD, all my late night programming, Jane the Virgin, Doctor Who, Parks & Rec, Louie, Broadchurch, Portlandia, Key & Peele, South Park, Girl Meets World, Gravity Falls, Lego Star Wars anything, Comic Book Men
Favorite movies:
1. Snowpiercer
2. Rosewater
3. Grand Budapest Hotel
4. How to Train Your Dragon 2
5. The Railway Man
6. Captain America: Winter Soldier
7. A Most Wanted Man
8. Penguins of Madagascar
9. Veronica Mars
10. The Hundred-Foot Journey
Favorite books: I was pretty bad with books this year. Aside from Blood of Olympus, which was every bit as awesome as I imagined it would be, most of my reading has either been re-reading the classics like A Moveable Feast or a LOT of graphic novels/collected trades paperbacks. I hate that there is only one more Hawkeye by Matt Fraction to go...
I am doing better in 2015 since I've finished Mockingjay which I loved and Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children which left me...ambivalent and thus sad, because I was expecting to love it.
Favorite other fannish stuff: Comic Book Day! 2014 was my first and I really hope I can do it again this year. I also got my own pair of high-top purple Converse aka Hawkeye shoes and Agent Coulson's Funko! Plus, we introduced my nephews to the Viewaskewniverse.
Significant things that happened to you (fannish or otherwise:) I have a proper smartphone that can do apps and everything so I'm on my desktop a lot less...which will hopefully allow it to live longer! The smartphone also has a fitness App. I've been using. However, I also discovered the edible brilliance of Five Guys. Plus, I had a Busch Gardens fun card for the first time since college.

Things you are most looking forward to in 2015:
The things I'm most looking forward to deserve their own separate post so that I what I'm going to do, but not right now because it is bedtime.
OTHER:
Things you want in a friend: Just be nice, update at least once a year and maybe make a comment once in a while?
Triggers/deal-breakers: I'm fairly tolerant. I think the only people I've left, other than those who were inactive, either posted dead fetuses photos or had too much porn for me to safely scroll around. People usually leave me rather than the other way around.
