Did you ever wonder why we can't have a Black Widow film?
Why was the Black Cat film was scrapped before the Marvel deal?
Why can't we get a female led film before 2018?

The answer is Ike Perlmutter, CEO of Marvel. I know a lot of people are upset about the Sony hack but thank God it happened or this would have never been exposed.

On August 4, 2014, most media outlets were reporting that Sony was planning a Black Cat film so Perlmutter called Sony and followed up with this email, archived on Wikileaks and discovered by ONTD:
