LJ wants me to verify my email or change it because they claim Yahoo hasn't responded to them in a week about my email which is weird because I have LJ notifications from...yesterday???

But when I try to verify it, nothing has shown up in my inbox or spam which means...

I may have to switch to my GMail account which I DO NOT WANT! They send everything to SOCIAL where it lies in a abyss of ignorance until I remember that my email has other tabs like SOCIAL.

At least the Home page has selected replies, grr...

UPDATE!

It wouldn't even freaking let me POST until I changed it to GMAIL! ASSHOLES!

They also insinuated I wasn't me! I've been with them nine freaking years, commented almost every day and NOW I'm a freaking robot???

I hate this.

Gmail social mailbox - I had no idea that thing existed until trying to find missing job related mail and realising it had been hiding mail for years! But you can delete that social thing. I can't remember how, it was years ago, but I'm sure you can find it with a quick google. Just get rid of all those mail boxes so everything turns up in one.

I forgot about that. What shits. Especially as they're also part of the reason I never check yahoo anymore. (It's the spam mostly, which I know they can't help, but also all of the ads.)

I've been getting hit with an LJ bug for a couple of months now that, when I comment on certain entries, Flags it as "You elected to post anonymously even though you are logged in as you. Please select the one you really want." Which means I go up to the choices and pick "me" AGAIN, and then it will let me comment. But seriously-- what a lame bug?

I have two gmail accounts, and I'm not happy about Google's desire to identify me and sign me into things _constantlyl_ even when I don't want that.

Argh. I feel your pain.
