This was just the first episode. One episode a week...I think that's the way you guys did it, too.
I almost always enjoy LeCarre and they did a pretty good job updating it. Thank goodness they changed Olivia Coleman's character into a woman or all the women would basically be there to either be sexy and/or killed off.
I kind of wish Tom Hiddleston could be in everything but I realize that would both be unfair to Tom Hiddleston and physically impossible but I'm loving having new Hiddleston twice in one month. I may have to hunt down High Rise even though it sounds like something I'd avoid like the plague if Hiddleston wasn't involved.
Bonus Russell Tovey! if anyone had mentioned this when it premiered with you guys, I either didn't catch it or immediately forgot so that was a lot of fun. He looks so much older now.
TOM HOLLANDER! If Tom Hiddleston, can't be in everything, can I have Tom Hollander in everything else? He's just so under-utilized even though he's such a great snarky actor. I love his facial expressions...and I get to see him every week!!! No, I don't do Hulu so no Rev. for me.
Hugh Laurie I always love him although the first time they showed his back, it was like... HOLY BALD SPOT! It's usually in shadow, like on talk shows but that was bright lighting and it was just...extremely noticeable.
