I was a little sad it was a boy. I thought it was a girl from the trailers because of the long hair which was very sexist of me. It was a little weird how Caucasian this film is when all its main characters are Asian.
Still, it was a totally original story with lots of neat elements and I can't stress enough how pretty this thing is. It's from Laika, the same animation company that bought you Coraline.
