This is Tom Kane and Askley Eckstein. They did a show about how Clone Wars is made, even showed a long preview for season three and this was back in June. Yay! Anyway, they explained how they had to record a voice and sometimes, they had to rerecord their lines to match the animation. To demonstrate how important the right voice is, Kane did an impression of William Shatner portraying Yoda and Eckstein was Jan Brady doing Ahsoka.

Matthew Wood, he works for ILM and does the voice for General Grievous. I totally ran into him later before the Clone Wars discussion, but I second-guessed myself until I checked the photos and then I didn't see him anywhere. Drat, I should have talked to him.
