I admit it. It makes me giddy seeing all the new merchandise in spite of everything. I even got one of the slap bracelets that says Never trust a smiling pirate. I also want one of the necklaces that look like Jack's tattoo but they cost EIGHTEEN DOLLARS!

For that much, it should at least be sterling. We'll see how it goes and whether I'll stick by my former rule for POTC books...I don't buy anything unless James is in it.

When I was there about a month ago, I was slightly tempted to buy the pins, but then I thought "Okay, how many pins of Jack Sparrow do I REALLY need?" LOL. I did buy a t-shirt at Torrid (Hot Topic's sister store) that says "Never Trust a Smiling Pirate."
