Looper

Okay, I have a confession to make that I've been putting off...

I hated Looper.

Yes, the cast was awesome but the plot was full of stupidity and plot-holes. I suppose further viewing might be able to fix some of this but I hated everyone. I see no incentive for a second viewing. I was tempted to walk out of the first. I tend to hate Dystopian tales anyway and then you had all the drug abuse and...

I felt like I had watched a remake of the butterfly effect set in the future...

Argo

I know things have been changed or embellished for dramatic effect and that ben affleck is not Hispanic but...

Argo is a truly excellent movie that I highly recommend. Not only is the cast, direction and script superb but it's a nice reminder that people of different countries or employment can still work together for a common goal...plus, about 60-70% is all true.
