Okay, we've all heard the obvious ones: WallE for...everything and Heath Ledger for Best Actor, but have we seen anything else worthy of anything?

For my part, I know that Speed Racer was officially a box office bomb, but I wish it would at least get nominated for Special Effects and Art Direction. I LOVED the Racer home which admittedly, was one of the few actual sets for the film, but it was just really, really cool with choice of color and props. I also loved the Editing for Speed Racer as well.

Do you think Iron Man would get anything?

I really loved the Iron Man OST. It may get a nomination. I doubt the film itself will though, purely because it isn't the right genre. Even though The Dark Knight will probably be the film of the year in terms of box office, and audience satisfaction, the genre works against it. I would be very happy if it got nominated for something (besides Ledger's performance) though. I think Nolan deserves some props - he is an amazing director.
