I'd never been there before and it was super fun...really! Despite the falling down and the almost-drowning and...oh! Inner tubes hate me! They do. I went on one of those enclosed tubes on an inner tube, fell off and...THUNK! My head hit the steel tube. I still have a tender spot, but I slept alright so I guess it's not a concussion.
Also, on the exercise front, that is awesome exercise. It's a lot of walking like Busch Gardens, plus stairs and stairs and more stairs as well as inclines and trying not to fall. I spent four hours there, only ate a Powerbar and orange juice and...lost two pounds.
