The Conspirator
Aug. 1st, 2011 11:26 pmSo, I've noticed that some of you have finally discovered the wonderful AND cute actor that is James McAvoy so i have a couple of films to recommend.
The Conspirator
I loved this movie. It's an awesome cast and engaging but keep in mind that there isn't car chases every minute or exciting twists. It's just a nice, thought provoking film about a historical event that most don't know anything about. My mom couldn't recall ever hearing about it.
Penelope
We had our nephews watch this and I urge you to do so with all children especially girls. Too often looks are emphasized in our society over the inner beauty. As with The Conspirator, it has an awesome cast, including brief appearances by Matt Rippy aka Captain Jack Harkness and Burn Gorman doing an American accent. James is at his most adorable and it also has Christina Ricci, Peter Dinklage who some of you have discovered through Game of Thrones and Nick Frost.
James McAvoy will also be on the Graham Norton Show that BBCA airs this Saturday. I'm excited.

Date: 2011-08-14 09:09 pm (UTC)Penelope is just awesome...plus, I will still love always...this was in the middle of season two of Torchwood on BBCA America...when we were in the movie theatre watching it and my mom leans over, Is that the guy from Torchwood?
It was the first time that she asked that question and I wasn't watching Captain Jack on Doctor Who.
