Ugh, Coconut

Do not fall for the fruit and coconut since it has strawberries for a decent price. DO NOT EVER, EVER BUY COCONUT AGAIN!
It never dawned on me to ask the Publix people HOW to eat it so after twenty minutes of fighting with the damned hard thing, I have like a cup and a half of flakes wrenched from its interior?
I don't know how people do it so easy...
