I just hope this law comes to bite its supporters in the ass, if it is passed. Judging from the concerns listed, there's plenty of potential for that occurring in the future.
Thank you for posting this. I haven't heard much about this at all, here in the UK there was a mention on the news that Wikipedia had blacked itself out for a day, but there wasn't much explanation about the bill itself. It makes a lot more sense now. :)
