Happy leap day!

Unfortunately, everyone seems to have to work or they don't want to do anything...

Try to do something special today. It won't happen again until 2016.

I smiled every time I had to write the date, does that count?

My mom was always kinda bummed that I wasn't born on Leap Day. I was born early March on a Leap Year so it was a viable option. Hee.

On one hand, it does seem like it would be cool that your kid happened to be born on Leap Day but then at the same time, it seems kind of mean like you're robbing them of a proper birthday each year.

However, if I ever have Jack with a birthday in my Torchwood stories, it would be Leap Day since it's Jack and that seems appropriate, like the closest he could get to whatever it really is.
