Me: so Santa claus is Russian?
Mom: actually he looks like the bad guy from star wars, the one yoda fought...
Me: dooku?
Mom: yeah, or the bad guy from lord of the rings...
Me: saruman. So either way, Santa resembles an evil Christopher lee character...
Both: sandman looks cool though

Me: so, there aren't any owls?
Mom: maybe they go get the owls to help them
