Day 02 → Your favorite movie

I LOVE films. I have so many many that I count as my favorites: Jurassic Park, Chariots of Fire, Empire Strikes Back, The Lion King, Tommy Boy, etc.

However, if there was only one movie that I could watch for the rest of my life, it would be:
Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring

It would also be the extended edition since it's just not the same to watch the theatrical cut...

I just love it. It has humor, action, romance and mystery as well as Elves, Wizards and Hobbits. What more could you want?

Now that could be true of any LOTR film, but FOTR has considerably less battle sequences than TTT and ROTK because while they're done very well...for me, the battle scenes tend to get boring if they go on too long...which they do in the latter films. Also, I love seeing how everyone started off...so sweet and innocent and naive...
