John Singer Sargent
Jan. 14th, 2013 09:11 pmThis is relevant to my fellow Bones people. I usually spend every episode wondering why I still watch but tonight's episode had an Angela subplot and I love her.
These are by John Singer Sargent in 1882 and 1884.

Angela was right. He's amazing and I can definitely imagine spending twenty minutes on one painting. I now want to see one in person.

Date: 2014-05-02 03:00 am (UTC)I realize now I forgot to tell you the happy ending. Shortly after this, Tampa was able to host part of the Phillips Collection, including John Singer Sargent!
His work was just as beautiful in person.
