I usually watch C-Span for speeches. but today I got on CBS and stayed there, because I was on the PC and didn't feel like changing the channel. The most important parts for me were the speeches so i saw those.
As to MLK: I was very forntunate. When Doctor King came to Detroit in the Sixties, my Step-Dad got me up, told me dress in my best and we joined the thousands of people that day for the march. I remember that he changed the tone of his address to someting a Northen audience would acccept.
