Trust me, I do not normally look through slash goggles and when that shot happened I went "OMG, you are NOT seriously going to - oh, okay, it's just Pudsey... thank God, I can breathe again."

I honestly think they did that on purpose. The way all you could see was Merlin's behind and suddenly the bear was there.
