Slash Fanfiction and John Oliver

For those of you not watching Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, you are missing one of the greatest interviews that I have ever seen Jimmy Fallon do.

John Oliver is explaining what "slash fanfiction" is and how his friend sent him a link to stories:
"It was the strangest forty-five minutes of my life. Page after page of stories where Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert have sex with me."

Jimmy is losing it. He's having to avoid looking at the camera because he can't stop laughing.

What I find so interesting that John really does confirm that he READ them! He even says how he started feeling left out when a story took too long for him to join the sex.

I stumbled onto the pundit RPF on A03, and found the idea both amusing and disturbing. One of the more hilarious pairings to me is Anderson Cooper and Rachel Maddow. WTF, THEY'RE BOTH GAY!!!

I could totally be making this up in my head by confusing it with something else, but I thought John had previous acknowledged the existence of RPS fic on his podcast? It seems like I remember it being brought up on The Bugle at some point.
So, the fic may not have been a new experience for him, it's just now he gets slashed with more well known people.

I think he really likes that story. About a month ago, I was trying to find this entry to tell someone else...now that a lot more people know who John Oliver is!
I didn't find the entry and the only version of the same story I could find was a monologue he did for his Comedy Central stand-up show.
Of course, now I find this entry accidentally through my old emails.
