ericadawn16Oh no, Mr. Guillermo Del Toro, we've been down this road before. You're not going to make me excited about one of your movies months ahead of time...not after The Hobbit or the project which I will probably never forgive you for not finishing...a proper The Haunted Mansion.
No, I don't care that it's a sexy, kinky horror romance aka Gothic, I don't go to your horror movies. I didn't even go to Pacific Rim because all the screaming and loudness from the theatre turned me off...plus...ROBOTS!
Oh, it's a character driven horror movie? Well, that's...that's interesting...but no, you will not tempt me.
Nope, I'm not going to care that it has awesome people I've loved for years like Charlie Hunnan, Burn Gorman and Jessica Chastain....
No, you can't sway me with sexy R-Rated fun being done by Tom Hiddleston as a lead...TOM HIDDLESTON??!!!

I told my mom in much the same way. I told her how I would happily not see it forever...if it weren't for the cast.
"Tom Hiddleston?"

She reminded me how Del Toro doesn't have the best track record with finishing stuff.
Also, does Tom not know about euphemisms? Because when you say you know a person "very well", that usually means they're practically family or you've slept with them.
So, since he's going to be in Toronto for en extended period of time minus Coriolanus and press stuff...can we have a Saturday Night Live episode at some point?

P.S. I wish Prisoners would end with the revelation that Detective Loki took the girls to Asgard just to cause mischief. I know this isn't the case but it would have been cool.
