ericadawn16Remember in Iron Man 2 where Tony just seemed to combine light to form his new element that basically looked like a crystal before proceeding to use it as a more efficient energy source and everyone went, "That's so STUPID and UNBELIEVABLE! Why do these comic books movies have to be so unrealistic?"

This happened, too. Of course, BP will fight this, but the fact remains that they killed thousands if not millions of non-human citizens of the Gulf, ruined ecosystems for the foreseeable future, ruined the livelihoods of coastal businesses, cost other businesses millions of dollars, gave humans lifetime illnesses and most important...THEY KILLED ELEVEN HUMANS!
If this was a war, we could have them convicted of war crimes.
