ericadawn16Verizon dumped Tampa Bay and sold us to Frontier Communication. Friday was their transition day which meant Friday night, I was suddenly without Fios for 4 and a half hours and I burned through .5 GB on my T-Mobile data. Naturally, I took to Twitter to complain. This REALLY happened:
